Voyages of Discovery, the UK based destinational brand in the All Leisure group, will offer passengers of the 20,636 gross ton Discovery an evening at the Hermitage in St Petersburg on two cruises next summer.
“Cruises to the Baltic offer an inspiring and cultural alternative to the warmer climes of the Mediterranean. Overflowing with fine art, architecture and history it’s no surprise this destination is emerging as the new holiday hotspot. With a rapidly growing choice of sailings Voyages of Discovery make this part of Northern Europe hard to resist with amazing fares and now a free excursion to the world-renowned Hermitage in St Petersburg,” the company said in a statement.
“Now included in the price - lovers of the arts can spend a magical evening in St Petersburg at the Hermitage for a musical reception reminiscent of a performance during the reign of the Tsars. Whilst the museum is closed guests are invited to enjoy an in-depth guided tour, a champagne reception and an exclusive performance from the State Hermitage Orchestra concert – all courtesy of Voyages of Discovery.”
